Connectivity:
Very well connected to most regions in Sing due to its central location.
-1 min walk to Flame Tree pk Bus stop on main Upper Thomson Road,
• 5 mins by bus to Upper Thomson MRT (TE8) (Gmaps wrongly shows 10 mins as it misses a side gate that's right on the bus stop at the main Upper Thomson Road)
• 10 min walk to Bright Hill MRT ( TE7)
• 25 mins to Orchard MRT.
• I'm currently living here and reach to Raffles Quay in 45 mins (5 min bus ride + direct MRT). Had planned to shift closer to CBD but FTP won my heart haha
• 5 mins to Thomson Plaza ( groceries/home shopping/food) and right next to Windsor nature park
About the unit:
• 1900 sq. feet HUGE apartment with a pretty balcony and Windsor natural park + reservoir view from each room
• very well ventilated ( I personally have never used the aircon and prefer the natural wind but of course aircon present in each room and hall)
-Condo has spacious amenities ( Swimming pool, gym squash, basketball, lawn tennis) unlike crowded CBD amenities, you can see in the pictures the pool has a countryside feel with greenery around it.
Furniture (semi-furnished):
Washing Machine, Fridge: most probably will be available for new tenant to buy and continue in flat at a reasonable price.
Sofa, centre table and "Built-in cupboards" in rooms: belong to owner and will come with the flat.
Other furniture in the flat: maybe taken away by current tenants or can be discussed by new tenants if willing to buy.
About your flatmate:
• I'm male Indian, working as Portfolio Manager in a small hedge fund in Raffles Quay. I cook occasionally and keep the home very clean. Hoping you'd do the same. Open to all nationalities and genders.
• 1 Female Indian IT girl in master room. Clean, cooks vegetarian and hopes you will do too
