Attached bathroom with storage cabinet, huge bath area and bidet. Hall & Kitchen: Very spacious with pool view and lots of natural light. Feel free to cook and hangout with friends. Flatmate: Only me in the common room with my own bathroom, so no sharing needed. I am a Singaporean female banker in my mid 20s. Prefer non-smoker. Since it's just 2 of us it will feel like you're having your own studio. Nearby: MRT 5mins walk, NTUC, SengShiong, hawker, Kallang River park connector. 4 mrt stops to Dhoby Ghaut, 2 stops to Serangoon. Many buses that go to town. Please note that from Potong Pasir Mrt it is a (5min walk ~400m) to the condo. Google maps is misleading and indicates longer time due to the roundabout and traffic lights.
