We understand that sometimes emails can get lost in a busy inbox. That’s why we’re exploring even better ways to reach you. One idea is to ask for your phone number so we can send WhatsApp messages. Since most people respond quickly on WhatsApp, this seems like a good idea. Rest assured, we respect your privacy and will never share your phone number without your consent. Your number will be used only for notification purposes.
Live Chat Status
Communication is easier when you know what’s happening. With our new live chat status, you can now see:

Even without read receipts yet, knowing if someone was recently online can help you decide when to reach out again.
